This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between Malva CRM and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client) regarding the processing of personal data while using the Malva CRM service. The Policy applies to all personal data received from the Client while using the service. If any condition of this Policy is not accepted, the Client has no right to use the service.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy is developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
1.2. This Policy is valid in accordance with the terms of the License Agreement (Home)
1.3. Familiarization and consent to the Privacy Policy is mandatory for obtaining the right to use the Malva CRM service.
1.4. Registration in Malva CRM confirms that the Client has read all the documents mentioned in the Policy and agrees to the processing of his/her personal data.
1.5. The Client is responsible for the dissemination of data for access to the service, entering personal data of other persons and for the content of the content, in particular, its compliance with the requirements of applicable law.
1.6. During registration, an account containing personal data is automatically created. The Client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and relevance of this personal data.
1.7. Malva CRM is not responsible for the password security and the consequences of its transfer to third parties, for its loss or intentional or accidental disclosure, disclosure intentionally or accidentally. Malva CRM may set password requirements, encrypt passwords and use password management programs.
1.8. In case of detection of incomplete or false information, Malva CRM has the right to block or delete the Client’s account.
2. Types of information and purpose of its processing.
2.1. The information processed by Malva CRM may include:
Personal data (name, address, e-mail, phone number, bank account information, IP address, browser type, interests, dates and times of login/logout, operating system);
Information downloaded from third-party services during integrations;
Content uploaded by the user;
Information from other official sources.
2.2. The Client guarantees that he/she has obtained the necessary permissions to post personal information of third parties.
2.3. Malva CRM uses cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
2.4. The processing of personal data may be carried out in order to provide services, improve the service, perform marketing tasks, provide technical support, resolve conflicts and protect the rights of users.
2.5. Malva CRM does not control the accuracy of the information provided, but has the right to request confirmation.
2.6. Malva CRM may integrate the Service with third-party products and post links to other websites.
2.7. Malva CRM is not responsible for the Client’s transfer of API access tokens to third parties.
2.8. Malva CRM has the right to publish personal user reviews on its website.
3. Transfer of personal data.
3.1. Personal data may be transferred with the consent of the Client, in particular, to connect third-party software products.
3.2. Personal data may be used to protect the rights of the owner or administrator of the Service or third parties in cases of violation of their rights or legitimate interests.
3.3 Personal data may be transferred at the request of judicial, law enforcement and other state authorities in cases provided for by law.
4. Clients’ rights.
4.1. Clients have the right to:
- To protect your personal data in accordance with applicable law;
- Edit your account;
- Request the deletion of their personal data upon termination of use of the service;
- Download and upload content at a time convenient for them;
- Leave feedback on the work of Malva CRM;
- Request that their personal data not be used for marketing purposes.
5. Information security.
5.1. Malva CRM takes the necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, alteration and other illegal actions.
6. Concluding remarks.
6.1. The Privacy Policy may be changed unilaterally by posting a new version on the Malva CRM website.
6.2. Customers are advised to periodically check for changes to the Privacy Policy.
6.3. The use of the service is governed by the License Agreement.
6.4. In case of discrepancies between this Policy and the License Agreement, the License Agreement shall prevail.
